In the planting department, the chrysanthemum cuttings are stored and processed using an automated process. As a planting department shift leader, you manage the employees who process the cuttings on a daily basis and make sure that the automated planting process runs continuously. In addition to the managerial tasks, we also expect you to regularly participate in production. You facilitate an efficient start at the beginning of the shift and a proper handover at the end. You operate a variety of machines and report deviations and technical malfunctions to the troubleshooting employee or the technical department. You solve minor malfunctions yourself. You check the quality level of the cuttings that are processed and supervise the employees in the execution of their work. The production process in the cuttings department is done in two shifts. Work usually starts at 6 a.m. Or 3 p.m. In this position, you will report to the manager of the cuttings department.brulliYou perform the tasks that are necessary to start the production process and make sure there is a proper information handover at the end of the shift. /liliYou operate a variety of machines and do minor technical troubleshooting yourself.
