Requirements

• A true toy lover—you don’t just play with toys; you live and breathe them (and not just LEGO!).
• 3–5 years of industry experience, with a poolio that shows your journey from first sketch to final product.
• A problem-solver with initiative, creativity, and sharp aention to detail.
• You love to communicate through cute sketches, from quick doodles that spark a concept to polished renderings that wow the team.
• Bring your ideas to life through digital sculpting/modelling would be a big plus, we make hands on product and love prototyping.
• A hands-on creator who can sketch and build ideas into reality.
• An outgoing, energetic personality with a great sense of humour (we’re all about fun, aer all!).
• A collaborative team player who listens, shares, and lis others up.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and keeping schedules on track.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• We make physical, actual products – Not a UI/UX.
• A design degree or equivalent is a plus, not a must have but your skills and passion matter most. Your work should speak for itself.
