Purpose / Mission of the job:

To provide the weekly planning clycle of designated operation (s), with the following scope:

18-month horizon plan the MPS of all related SKU (item - warehouse combinations) accross the globe sourced by the designated operation;

Take capacity constraints into account;

Take transit time and production lead time into account;

Connect with Schedulers to formulate optimized campaign sequencing;

Connect with Demand Planners and CRM to discuss demand fulfilment in all regions;

Optimize inventory levels through analysis of Supply Chain data and generate KPI's;

Provide periodic (W,M,Y) reports, as agreed with business areas (exemple: stock projection, detention projection, etc);

Provide inputs for the local Monthly Supply Review meeting;

Provide inputs for the annual Asset review cycle;

Provide inputs for the annual Budget cycle.

Your main responsibilities in this challenging role will consist of:

You will be accountable for the service level of the items planned in all warehouses accross the globe;Stock Level

You will be accountable for the level of stock of the items planned in all warehouses accross the globe in two relevant dimensions:

Working Capital

Warehousing cost

You will have direct impact on the level of write-off due to obsolency in all warehouses accross the globe; 

Your work will have direct impact on the amount of airfreight spent to keep customers fulfilled;

You will be accountable for flagging cases where the capacity utilization of the production line is close to, or approaching, full utilization;

You will be accountable for flagging situations where resource, such as labor and raw material, can be limiting factor for MPS;

You will be accountable for flagging situations where actual production has lagged behind (or ahead) the MPS;

You will be accountable for providing the stock projection (in $) of the planned items
