De afdeling Engineering & Technology werkt aan:

? Engineering: Opzet en uitvoering van investeringsprojecten. Dit betreft aanpassingen, uitbreidingen en nieuwbouw van productielijnen te Gorinchem. Dit start bij haalbaarheidsstudies, conceptueel engineering tot en met de bouw en oplevering ervan.

? Technology: De technologietak van de afdeling, zorgt in eerste instantie voor procestechnologische begeleiding van onze productielijnen. Technology monitort de dagelijkse gang van zaken, zorgt voor verbeteringen en optimalisaties. Investeringsprojecten krijgen van deze tak ook de essentiële procestechnologische input en zorgt

Aard van de Werkzaamheden

? Zelfstandig kleine wijzigings- en verbeterproject(en) uitvoeren in samenwerking met productie, onderhoud en andere ondersteunende disciplines.

? Zelfstanding opstellen van modificatie-scopes met aanvragers en ondersteunende disciplines. Dit dient verwerkt te worden tot aanbestedingspakketten en aansluitend zelfstandig te laten uitvoeren.

? Zelfstandig uitvoeren en afronden van actiepunten uit HAZOP studies.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise and support/lead Corbion projects according to the given priorities. Main attention will be given to liquid down stream processing, taking ownership from lab development towards pilot scale and implementation in the production facility.
• Explore, develop and design processes and products, matching with business and operations requirements.
• Drive the proper progression of the projects assgned, in line with the agreed budget, deliverables and timelines. Identify potential hurdles, and evaluate options, solutions, tactical and strategic plans to overcome them.
• Coordinate and facilitate team meetings to discuss and resolve issues, take decisions.
• Timely and quality reporting of results. Lead or provide support as subject matter expert to activities, tech transfer and implementation (pilot, demo, production scale).
• Build & maintain development and implementation expertise by an internal / external network; collect, generate, apply and make available knowledge in relevant expertise.
• Support or lead implementation, optimization, cost reduction and migration of new or existing processes and products at Corbions locations or at third parties.
• Align on deliverables, timelines and milestones with the Project and or program Team and the other key stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of the innovation strategic programs, where the end in mind is implementation of commercial productions and launch of new solutions in line with the SFS Business Strategy.
