As a Visual Merchandiser & Store Employee at vidaXL, you are responsible for creating an inspiring and commercially strong in-store experience. You transform the online brand into attractive physical store presentations that support sales and improve the customer journey.
Create and maintain inspiring furniture and home décor displays;
Optimize product placement, room sets and store layout for better customer flow;
Execute seasonal campaigns and promotional updates;
Maintain high visual standards and presentation quality throughout the store;
Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions;
Support stock handling, replenishment and daily store operations;
What we expect:
3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail;
Strong eye for detail, styling skills and spatial awareness;
Knowledge of interior design trends and retail principles;
Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on the shop floor;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Fluency in Dutch and English;
