As a Sales Support, you'll support the daily execution and long-term effectiveness of the sales organization at Bakon, a Coperion brand – part of Hillenbrand, based in Goes, Netherlands. We design and deliver bakery machinery and production lines that help food producers operate efficiently and consistently at scale. You'll contribute to disciplined sales operations, clear coordination across teams, and reliable commercial execution that supports sustainable growth. Your work will help connect people, systems, and processes across an international environment.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the sales team to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent commercial execution.
- Coordinate the preparation of quotations, contracts, and commercial documentation, working closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to maintain compliance and clarity.
- Maintain strong sales administration and customer relationship management discipline in Salesforce, including tracking quotations, customer actions, open accounts, and internal deadlines.
- Prepare customer-facing presentations, internal sales reports, and forecasts in collaboration with the Head of Sales to support decision-making and planning.
- Support tender processes by organizing structured bid documentation and ensuring alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
- Act as a key coordination point between Bakon and Unifiller sales, application, and order teams to support joint projects and international opportunities.
- Contribute to the rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement of shared sales processes, tools, and documentation across teams.

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience gained through relevant work.
- Practical experience in sales support, sales administration, or coordination roles, preferably in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and accuracy.
- Experience working with customer relationship management systems, such as Salesforce, and daily proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
- Fluency in Dutch and English for day-to-day business communication.
- Comfortable working with commercial documentation, contracts, and structured processes, with a focus on follow-through and reliability.
- A collaborative mindset, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn and improve how work gets done.
