As a production employee, you will join the largest carpet producers, producing more than 130 million m2 of textile floor coverings annually. We are existing since 1992 and are an active producer of multi-purpose flooring solutions. These include home and office upholstery, but also car upholstery and even the covering of FIFA-certified sports fields. During the production process, Tufting and Non-Woven production techniques take centre stage. The production sites are located in Genemuiden, Hasselt en Blokzijl.

Job Description

Generally our production employee in Genemuiden will be responsible for:

• Setting up the machine;
• Installing the right tools;
• Quality control of the products;
• Following the right procedures and instructions;
• Instructing other people at the line.

Job Requirements

There are a lot of possibilities at the production as a production empoyee. After a first successful period, we'd like to help you with developing your skills, this could also be with the Dutch language. So these are not required at first when you're willing to develop yourself further.

We are asking for the following skills at the start:

• Good communication in English;
• Minimum age of 18 years old because of the shifts;
• Living closeby to Genemuiden or Hasselt.
• A driver's license + a car;
• You are willing to work at 3- or 4-shifts, including working nightshifts and some Saturdays.

Salary and Benefits

A production empolyee becomes a member of a real familily business.

Our other conditions are:

• A gross salary €2600,- €3100,- per month including shift allowance;
• 25 holidays and an 8,33% holiday allowance;
• Working with high-tech machinery or high quality forklifts;
• Possibilities for education (Froklift licence, or the Dutch language for example) and promotion.
