As an operator, you play a key role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You work across multiple production lines and will be trained to operate various machines, including milling, gluing, and sawing equipment.

Your main responsibilities include setting up and operating production machinery, monitoring the production process, and making adjustments when necessary. You regularly perform quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards and that production targets and safety regulations are achieved.

In addition, you will:

• Monitor the production process and resolve minor issues when they arise;
• Conduct quality inspections during and after production;
• Record production data and report any deviations or defects;
• Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning tasks;
• Contribute to improving production processes and efficiency;
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

When needed, you may also support the logistics department by operating a forklift and transporting materials or finished products.
