As an Account Manager at Coulisse, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base. You will build strong relationships with our customers and partners, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. You are proactive in identifying new opportunities and know how to turn them into concrete results. With your persuasive skills and perseverance, you will effectively market our products and services.

YOUR ROLE

• Manage and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into concrete results
• Present and promote our products and services
• Negotiate and close contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
• Monitor market developments and competition
• Report sales results and market insights to management
• Engage in strategic account management to ensure long-term relationships
• Act as a sparring partner for our customers, advising them on market trends and growth opportunities

ABOUT YOU

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial field
• You have proven experience in a similar sales role
• You have strong communication skills and can persuade people
• You are results-oriented and have a proactive attitude
• You can work independently but also function well in a team
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• You are flexible and willing to travel for work
