What You'll Do Every Day

• Be the Problem Solver: Handle incoming calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with everything from remote troubleshooting to setup questions (like how to connect a smart washing machine or program an advanced oven).
• Provide Premium Support: Help customers locate the right spare parts, find serial numbers, or coordinate service appointments with local technicians when needed.
• Level Up Your Skills: Master two dynamic lines of business—Customer Care and Technical Support—keeping your day-to-day work varied and exciting.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or C1-level Dutch fluency, combined with a good command of English (B2) for your training and systems. (Bonus tip: Miele love meeting the team, so representatives will drop by during your training to welcome you!)
