The HAR makes agreements with the municipality of Enkhuizen and the Welwonen housing corporation. These are recorded in official performance agreements. The HAR then checks whether the agreements are being met and advises on the policy course of Welwonen.

Who we are looking for

• Has an eye for the collective interest of tenants
• Has some management experience
• Can consult with the HAR members on a monthly basis
• Can meet four to six times a year with the municipality of Enkhuizen and Welwonen

A volunteer fee applies. The HAR was established in 2015 on the basis of the new Housing Act. It is an independent and fully‑fledged party in consultation with Welwonen and the municipality of Enkhuizen.
