Job description

Are you analytically strong, passionate about optimizing logistics processes, and energized by coordinating projects? Then we are looking for you! As a Supply Chain Specialist at Logoplaste Elst, you will play a key role in improving and further developing our supply chain operations. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and the Warehouse team, you will contribute to innovative solutions in logistics, automation, and digitalization. No two days are the same: you will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and have a direct impact on our logistics performance.

Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics projects with a strong focus on automation and digitalization.
  • Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and other logistics reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to further develop the supply chain strategy.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and master data.
  • Coordinate and manage return flows.
  • Ensure effective warehouse management and accurate inventory records.
  • Take responsibility for inventory and stock management, including inventory optimization and material availability.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Update and maintain work instructions.
  • Act as a backup for export planning activities.
  • Monitor delivery reliability, inventory levels, and material availability.
  • Who we are looking for…

    Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to coordinate processes and set priorities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI, WMS, and SharePoint is an advantage.
  • Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
