Function Description:
As a Six Sigma Black Belt, you'll be a catalyst for change, driving process and quality improvements across our organization. Your role is diverse and impactful, encompassing:
- Applying Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Structured Problem Solving Methods to enhance process capability and eliminate complex defects.
- Providing analysis and feedback to senior management on project activities, improvements, and savings.
- Leading cross-functional teams in driving breakthrough improvements.
- Transferring best practices, Six Sigma techniques, procedures, and tools to cross-functional teams.
Functie-eisen
to excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a Technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
- Experience in quality methods and tools such as 6 Sigma, 5 Why’s analysis, Kaizen, FMEA, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Understanding of structured product development processes.
- Ability to learn and utilize new processes and techniques to solve complex technical issues.
- A continuous growth mindset, both personally and professionally, with a strong results orientation.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
