Project Manager – Secure Modern Workplace & Digital Security Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a Secure Modern Workplace transformation within a Digital Security Program. The role focuses on modern workplace design, endpoint management, cybersecurity, MDM, and stakeholder adoption in a complex, decentralized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project plan, roadmap, milestones, budget, risks, dependencies, and governance.
- Coordinate stakeholders across faculties, researchers, local IT, security, architecture, and management.
- Define workplace models for Secure, Research, Linux, macOS, and BYOD environments.
- Coordinate the rollout of MDM and Microsoft endpoint management solutions.
- Work with Intune, Autopilot, Company Portal, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Define security baselines, IAM requirements, support models, service boundaries, and exception processes.
- Lead pilots, migration planning, adoption activities, and operational handover.
- Coach an internal Project Manager and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing complex modern workplace, endpoint management, or cybersecurity projects.
- Strong stakeholder, change, and adoption management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft endpoint management and security technologies.
- Good understanding of MDM/MAM, BYOD, device compliance, IAM, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with service design, governance, and operational models.
- Strong facilitation, communication, decision-making, and coaching skills.
- Fluent English and Dutch required.

- Location: Eindhoven
- Duration: 12 October 2026 – 12 April 2027, with possible extension
- Hours: 32 hours/week
- Work model: 4 days/week
