For a leading international logistics company in Eindhoven, we are looking for a motivated Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transport movements, communicating with drivers, and supporting daily logistics operations. You will start with a comprehensive training period and have the opportunity to progress into different shifts and responsibilities within the dispatch department.

Functieomschrijving

During the initial training period, you will work the 15:00 - 00:00 shift, where your primary responsibility will be the registration and coordination of incoming and outgoing trucks entering and leaving the site.

After successfully completing your training, your responsibilities will expand to include:

• Receiving and handing over CMR documents to drivers.
• Coordinating with warehouse operations regarding loaded containers and trailers.
• Monitoring transport schedules and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Identifying capacity shortages and arranging additional transportation when necessary.
• Maintaining close communication with drivers, warehouse staff, fellow dispatchers, and management.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes throughout the operation.

Working Hours
This is a 24/7 operation with the following rotating shifts:

06:00 - 15:00
15:00 - 00:00
19:00 - 05:00
00:00 - 09:00
21:00 - 06:00
The operational week runs from Sunday 00:00 until Saturday 09:00.
