Job Title: Restaurant manager – Quick service restaurant
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands
Salary: €3,400 – €4,000 gross per month
We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international restaurant brand looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take charge of one of its locations in Eindhoven.
This isn't a desk-based management role. We're looking for a leader who enjoys being on the restaurant floor, motivating teams, delivering great guest experiences, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
As Restaurant Manager, you'll have full responsibility for your restaurant's performance, people, and operations while working closely with your team every day.
What you'll be doing
Leading by example and creating a positive, high-energy cultureCoaching, developing, and motivating your team to perform at their bestDriving guest satisfaction and ensuring every customer receives excellent serviceTaking ownership of daily restaurant operationsManaging staffing levels, schedules, and labour planningMonitoring stock levels and supporting inventory managementRecruiting, training, and developing future supervisors and managersTaking responsibility for sales performance and profitabilityEnsuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellenceSupporting your team during busy periods and stepping in wherever needed
What we're looking for
Experience managing teams in hospitality, quick-service restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced customer-facing environmentsA hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your teamStrong coaching and people-development skillsCommercial awareness and the ability to drive business performanceConfidence making decisions in a busy operational environmentA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering great serviceSomeone who thrives under pressure and enjoys leading from the front
