Responsibilities

:

Admin related tasks (all will be explained and trained)

Morning update of several reports (hit “refresh” button and wait)

Update of supplier backlog tracker

Stock allocation on customer orders (based on inputs from planners)

ASN creation using i-Supplier

Inventory receipts check

Your team:

You will be part of an international team of professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience at Fluke. We work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the availability of our products for Fluke customers (ordering from internal factories and external suppliers all over the world and Europe). Clear and timely communication is a key, having a daily stand-up with the team is both a must but also fun. Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).

Strong communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization. Fluency in English is essential.

Ability to absorb and distill large amounts of information, identifying critical points for action.

Demonstrates a sense of urgency, taking responsibility and ownership of tasks.

Enjoys problem-solving and actively seeks solutions rather than making excuses.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment where quick decisions are necessary.

Preferably available for full-time in-office work, starting at 8:30 am.

Enrolled at a Dutch university for the duration of the internship.
