As an Application Monitoring Engineer, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions using AppDynamics and ThousandEyes.
  
• Analyze monitoring requirements and independently configure monitoring setups.
  
• Prepare and present High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, providing technical recommendations.
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand product backlogs and estimate implementation efforts.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver monitoring solutions that meet business and operational requirements.
  
• Support Agile development and operations teams by delivering monitoring enhancements and improvements.
  
• Participate in ITIL-based operational processes and ensure monitoring aligns with service management standards.
  
• Perform task switching when required while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/application monitoring.
  
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics and ThousandEyes, including synthetic monitoring.
  
• Strong understanding of monitoring architecture, implementation, and performance monitoring best practices.
  
• Experience creating and presenting HLD and LLD documentation.
  
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile environments.
  
• Good to have knowledge of Java scripting and ServiceNow.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Independently understand monitoring requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
  
• Configure and manage AppDynamics and ThousandEyes with minimal supervision.
  
• Estimate work accurately based on product backlog discussions.
  
• Influence technical decisions through effective design presentations.
