Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise wireless solutions using Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 technologies.
• Perform RF planning, site surveys, capacity planning, wireless optimization, and performance tuning.
• Design end-to-end Private 5G network architectures, including RAN, Core, Transport, and Edge components.
• Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture standards, and technical documentation.
• Define secure wireless architectures using WPA3, 802.1X, Network Access Control (NAC), and Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate enterprise Wi‑Fi and Private 5G solutions with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Lead technology evaluations, solution assessments, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and architectural reviews.
• Provide architectural guidance for large-scale enterprise, industrial, Industry 4.0, smart factory, and IoT wireless deployments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation teams to deliver scalable and secure wireless solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless networking issues and provide L3/L4 technical support.
• Ensure network solutions meet performance, scalability, resilience, availability, and security requirements.

What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise wireless networking, with expertise in Cisco Wireless technologies.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 enterprise wireless solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Private 5G network architecture and enterprise wireless integration.
• Expertise in RF planning, wireless surveys, capacity planning, spectrum analysis, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of wireless security, including WPA3, 802.1X, NAC, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Experience integrating wireless networks with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud platforms, and enterprise environments.
• Experience creating HLDs, LLDs, architecture standards, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
