As a Visual Merchandiser & Store Employee at vidaXL, you are responsible for creating an inspiring and commercially strong in-store experience. You transform the online brand into attractive physical store presentations that support sales and improve the customer journey.

- Create and maintain inspiring furniture and home décor displays;
- Optimize product placement, room sets and store layout for better customer flow;
- Execute seasonal campaigns and promotional updates;
- Maintain high visual standards and presentation quality throughout the store;
- Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions;
- Support stock handling, replenishment and daily store operations;
What we expect:
- 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail;
- Strong eye for detail, styling skills and spatial awareness;
- Knowledge of interior design trends and retail principles;
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on the shop floor;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Fluency in Dutch and English;
