Requirements
10+ years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Active Workspace (AWC) implementations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and transform technical debt into standardized and maintainable configurations.
Deep expertise in the Active Workspace Declarative UI Framework, including JSON-based view models and HTML templates.
Advanced knowledge of BMIDE, including Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, and Display Rules, with a strong understanding of their impact on the Active Workspace user experience.
Proficiency in Deployment Center, application deployment processes, and environment management.
Experience optimizing queries, stylesheets, and configurations to deliver high-performing and responsive user interfaces.
Experience with Mendix technology; familiarity with Mendix integrations within the Active Workspace framework is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical architecture teams and business users effectively.
