We currently have a vacancy for a driven legal counsel in corporate law. As a legal counsel, you will participate in our daily practice and receive excellent supervision. Your duties will include working on files, drafting and checking contracts, giving legal advice and carrying out literature and case-law research. It is also possible for the legal assistant to be seconded for temporary work with a client. Legal counsels may progress to the position of trainee advocate after a certain period of time.

Profile of legal counsel

The legal counsel we are looking for has recently completed a university degree in Dutch law. Starters are therefore more than welcome to apply. We also expect the following from a legal counsel:

• good study results
  
• excellent writing skills
  
• an excellent command of both Dutch and English;
  
• a good knowledge of a third language is recommended;
  
• demonstrable interest in areas of law such as corporate law, contract law and liability law;
  
• you have a no-nonsense attitude and are talented and ambitious.
