As Manager Maintenance & Engineering at the EverZinc Plant in Eijsden you not only manage the maintenance team, including the Team Leader TD, the Maintenance Coordinator and the Supervisor Contractors and Safety, but you also ensure that projects run smoothly. In this responsible role, you and your team are committed to ensuring the high technical quality of our machines and installations and the continuity of our production. The latter is of great importance because we are in full continuous operation. You supervise and monitor the proper execution of engineering projects, so that they meet the set requirements and (government) regulations. You provide support in case of extensive maintenance problems. For EverZinc you are responsible for the installation, including drawing management and control software management.

In this position, you will be in close contact with the production department with whom you will work together on an efficient and streamlined maintenance process. Together with the team, you will ensure timely and optimal maintenance and, where necessary, repair of the production equipment. A perfect maintenance planning is essential for this. It is important that you can anticipate the production planning. Flexibility is also required from your team when a change is made to the production process.
