Functieomschrijving

You are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. This involves preparing and adjusting the machinery, closely monitoring output, and stepping in whenever adjustments are required. You carry out quality inspections to ensure products consistently meet established standards and independently resolve minor technical issues. When more complex malfunctions occur, you work closely with the technical service team to ensure quick and effective solutions.

• Experience as an operator or strong motivation to learn the profession

• Technical understanding with a clear interest in working with machinery

• Strong focus on quality and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is an advantage)

• A proactive, flexible, and hands-on mindset
