As a production worker/operator, you will play an important role in the manufacturing and processing of conveyor belts. This is a varied position combining technical work with hands-on tasks.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing materials, such as cutting, punching, and finishing
• Operating and setting up production machines
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Moving materials with a forklift (or learning how to operate one)
• Working closely together with colleagues on the production floor

You will receive thorough guidance, allowing you to learn the job step by step and grow with confidence.
