As a customer care representative Portuguese Spanish, you will contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience in the innovative world of agricultural technology. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with a variety of inquiries ranging from product information to technical support. With your fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, you ensure customers feel heard and supported. Working in a hybrid environment, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach to make a meaningful impact.

What You Will Do:

• Responding: to customer inquiries about products, services, and technical support in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Managing: subscriptions by renewing contracts, promoting additional services, and gathering valuable customer feedback.
• Processing: sales orders, payments, and assisting with service activations with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintaining: accurate and reliable customer data in our database systems to ensure consistency.
• Resolving: basic technical issues related to service activation and usage by providing effective solutions.
