Your missionStaybridge Suites The Hague – Parliament is an extended stay hotel with 101 suites. All rooms are equipped with a private kitchen and a (semi-)separate bedroom. Will you help us make our guests feel at home when they are away for a longer period of time? What will you do as a Maintenance Technician(f/m/d)?

• Always ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff
  
• Carrying out routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
  
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving technical issues
  
• Supporting repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
  
• Monitoring and maintaining technical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  
• Assisting external contractors when required
  
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  

Your profile

• Basic technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance)
  
• Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Good communication skills
  

Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and situations
Job requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, technical services, or a similar role is preferred
  
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
  
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
  
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
