In the Digital Engagement Team our goal is to create highly satisfied customers by pro-actively supporting users in the onboarding and daily use of our software products. We do this primarily in a digital way, using different kinds of channels like web, email and several apps. Our team is looking for a (Senior) Marketing Automation Engineer to help bring our customer-facing communication initiatives to the next level. And that's not all. We can rely on you as a Marketing Automation Engineer to: 

• Engineer scalable, smart solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Interaction Studio so that our campaign managers can build smart e-mail and web campaigns for our customers. 
• Work with stakeholders from Customer Success, Product Development, Marketing and IT to further improve our marketing tool setup, our data model and governance.
• Support, coach and help out our engineers in building more advanced campaigns and collaborate with them to make our technology stack even better more attractive for applicants that like to share knowledge.

You will join the 13 colleagues in the Digital Engagement team. They are known for their high level of service, creativity and smooth cooperation. Asking for help if necessary and offering help if possible is part of their DNA. We have few predefined paths, which gives you plenty of room to choose your own. This role will be part of a team of data analysts, UX designers, campaign managers, customer journey owners and engineers.
