Job Title: B2B Logistic Coordinator

Role Summary: You will be responsible for the outbound delivery and return process of the Consumer Electronics division throughout Benelux in accordance with Samsung key performance indicators regarding warehousing, distribution & returns to achieve optimum cost‑efficient distribution and minimum return flow, ensuring internal and external customers are satisfied with the delivered performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with warehouse, supply chain management, order desk, sales subsidiaries, and 3PL logistics partners.
• Focus on white goods operation.
• Secure accurate outbound transport.
• Prevent and resolve logistics issues while meeting customer requirements.
• Analyze processes, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor deliveries, IOD/GI control, and direct shipments.
• Handle returns/refusals, support claims, and minimize blocked stock.
• Provide marketing and promotional support.
• Check exceptional costs and support month‑end reporting activities.
• Act as back‑up for other Logistics Coordinators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level); Dutch highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MicrosoftExcel.
• Willingness to travel regularly between company sites (mainly Tilburg, with weekly travel to Delft and Schiphol).
