• Lead, guide, and motivate team members
• Assign and delegate tasks
• Supervise progress, quality, and safety of work
• Identify and solve process issues
• Support the team on the floor when needed
• Take responsibility for achieving set goals
• Work on 3 shifts: 06:30–15:00, 15:00–23:30, 22:30–06:30

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

• Decisive and organized leader who stays calm and in control
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics
• Experience in team management or supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• English at least B1
• Dutch is a big plus
• Full-time availability for 3 shifts
• Own accommodation and transport to work

WHAT DO YOU GET?

• Salary: €16.90 – €18.50 gross / hour xbpjoel
• Travel allowance: €0.23/km (from 10 km)
