Lead, guide, and motivate team members
Assign and delegate tasks
Supervise progress, quality, and safety of work
Identify and solve process issues
Support the team on the floor when needed
Take responsibility for achieving set goals
Work on 3 shifts: 06:30–15:00, 15:00–23:30, 22:30–06:30
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE? Decisive and organized leader who stays calm and in control
2–3 years of experience in logistics
Experience in team management or supervision
Strong organizational skills
English at least B1
Dutch is a big plus
Full-time availability for 3 shifts
Own accommodation and transport to work
WHAT DO YOU GET? Salary: €16.90 – €18.50 gross / hour
Travel allowance: €0.23/km (from 10 km)
Standard 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
