As our new Paralegal you will join our global Finance team who supports our business across all the divisions. You will be part of the Corporate Tax department but also work closely with the Legal and Reporting department. You will be the connecting point responsible for administrative tasks related to tax, reporting and legal making sure that all processes are running smoothly within our department.

You will be located out of our Boxmeer office. 

What You Will Be Doing:

Tasks related to legal aspects including legal entity management, global digital signature program, fillings and updates with the Chamber of Commerce and preparation of Management Representations Letters.

Handle tax related documents like IC agreements, certificates of residence, apostilles/ notarization, certificates of payments.

Maintenance of our IT support systems Diligent, Docu-Sign and Tangelo.

Have a relevant legal educational background – Preferably on bachelors level.

Have a couple of years’ experience from a similar role in a corporate and/or manufacturing company.

Thrive in working in a cross-cultural organization and curious to understand different kinds of cultures.

Are self-driven and take responsibility for your own area.

Are confident with English as the business language both spoken and written.
