Summary
:The Junior FP&A Analyst is part of the EMEA FP&A Finance team and is a forward-looking and business driven role, enabling data driven decision making. By focusing on financial modelling, planning and performance analysis its the linking pin between the business and EMEA and corporate finance. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a highly visible and key role within a dynamic, growing business requiring a proactive, adaptable and analytical approach.
The role is designed as a junior development position. The ideal candidate will exhibit the highest degree of ethics, a bias for action, and organizational aptitude via working seamlessly across functions in a fast-paced, international environment. It is equally important that the candidate brings energy, drive, passion and a highly inquisitive nature the business is focused on innovation and striving for improvement in every facet.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Support the development and maintenance of financial forecasts, including revenue, margin and cost projections
Assist in budgeting processes and long-term financial planning cycles
Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers behind financial performance
Data Analysis & Business Insight
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
Support scenario analysis and what-if modelling to evaluate strategic options
Business Partnering
Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to support performance management
Provide analytical support to improve decision-making across functions
Contribute to performance reviews with a focus on future-oriented improvements
Data & Systems
Support the development and optimization of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
Improve data structures and data quality for analytical purposes
Work with ERP and EPM systems strictly from a data extraction and analysis perspective
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in FP&A-related projects focused on performance improvement and business insight
Contribute to process improvements in financial planning and reporting

Qualification Requirements:
· Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or similar
· 2 to max 5 years of relevant experience in forward-looking financial analysis
· Strong affinity with data analysis, financial modelling and business performance management
· Ability to proactive manage international stakeholders, both within finance and business
· Experience with Excel required; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a strong plus
· Familiarity with ERP/EPM systems from a reporting and analysis perspective
· Excellent knowledge of the English language both writing as speaking
