You define and lead the design quality, safety and reliability strategy across the full product lifecycle.
You act as the go-to quality expert for multidisciplinary R&D teams, guiding design controls, risk management and system-level decisions.
You translate field and post-market data into concrete design and process improvements.

Strong systems engineering background (system & subsystem level thinking), reliability knowledge.
Hands-on requirements definition, decomposition and traceability.
Active involvement in Design Control during R&D (design reviews, trade offs).
Risk assessment mindset ((d)-FMEA).

A gross monthly salary between €6,000 and €8,000 (excluding 8% holiday allowance), depending on your knowledge and experience.
