Are you a natural leader with experience in logistics?

DHL Supply Chain in Beringe is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team while ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You create a work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their best.

What will you do?

As a Team Leader, you are the link between operations and employees. You maintain oversight, make adjustments where needed, and ensure operational targets are achieved.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and optimizing operational processes;
• Coordinating with fellow Team Leaders to ensure an efficient workflow;
• Coaching and supporting employees in their performance and personal development;
• Conducting performance, absence, and development discussions;
• Creating and maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment;
• Managing workforce planning and scheduling;
• Maintaining accurate time registration and attendance records;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to process optimization initiatives.

You are an engaged leader who knows how to motivate people and drive results. You remain calm in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively at all levels.

In addition, you have:

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or warehousing;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with systems and reporting tools;
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to develop and inspire team members.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,838 based on a 40-hour workweek;
• Growth opportunities up to €4,580 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
