For DHL in Beringe, we are looking for a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you are the driving force behind the daily operation on the work floor. You ensure your team performs well, continues to develop, and feels valued.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring operational processes and coordinating with fellow Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations;
• Coaching team members on performance and personal development;
• Creating a safe and positive working environment where everyone feels welcome;
• Conducting performance, absenteeism, and career development discussions;
• Maintaining personnel planning and time registration records.

You are an engaged and decisive leader who maintains a clear overview and enjoys working collaboratively. You know how to motivate people, communicate effectively, and focus on solutions.

In addition, you bring:

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics or warehousing;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with systems and reports;
• Good command of both Dutch and English;
• A reliable and proactive attitude;
• The ability to coach and develop employees.
