Planner

Details

Duration: 03.11.2025 - 31.12.2026
Location: Bergen

Assignment Description

Planning and execution of EPCI projects; from concept to delivery

Develop project WBS based on project execution philosofy

Establish and maintain project networks schedules, using Safran planning tool

Ensure effective communication across the project phases

Change Management and close monitoring of project critical path

Maintain and follow up manpower projection plan

Monitoring and reporting project progress

Qualifications

Master or Bachelor degree in relevant discipline

Minimum 5 years’ planning experience from the oil & gas industry (brownfield/greenfield)

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in using Safran planning tool

Knowledge of PEM and IFS ERP system

Proficient in Norwegian and English, both orally and written

Proactive team player with analytic skills

Strong communication skills
