About the role

Lead and develop the QC & Performance team to ensure accurate testing, sampling, and reporting. Deliver reliable, validated quality data to support safe and timely product release. Define and execute effective testing strategies and sampling plans across operations. Drive continuous improvement to enhance process robustness, efficiency, and quality control. Collaborate with QA, production, and R&D while maintaining high laboratory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the QC & Performance team to ensure accurate sampling, testing, and reporting of quality data.
• Ensure delivery of reliable, validated quality data to support safe and timely product release using approved test methods.
• Define and implement effective testing strategies and sampling plans across manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process robustness, efficiency, and quality control performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, production, R&D) and support audits, compliance, and laboratory standards (e.g., ISO 17025).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working level, preferably in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in QC/QA within a manufacturing or food production environment, with prior experience in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong laboratory background with knowledge of validated testing methods and quality standards (e.g., ISO 17025).
• Proven people management skills, with experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of statistics, IT tools, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, R&D, and production teams.
