Your day at NTT DATA

As a Tender Specialist, your main goal is to win strategically important tenders. You have a keen eye for opportunities and know exactly which projects match NTT DATA's mission and ambitions. You form the team responsible for the tender process, are the director in this and ensure high-quality and winning tenders.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating the entire tender process, from selection to submission;

Collaborate with stakeholders to select tenders that are strategically aligned with NTT DATA;

Writing and supervising winning proposals, with a focus on Technology Solutions;

Applying innovation in the tender process, such as the use of data analysis or A.I., to continuously improve our working methods.

Knowledge and Attributes:

​You have a number of years of work experience as a tender specialist/tender manager/bid manager at an IT organization;

You have HBO working and thinking level;

You have natural leadership talent and are result-driven;

You are able to connect people and organize processes tightly;

You are creative and have strategic insight to surprise our (potential) customers with innovative solutions again and again
 

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Commercial, Business Development, Finance or related field.

Management Development Program certification preferred.

Relevant project management certification is desirable.
