Job description

Responsibilities / Tasks

As a Marketing Intern for GEA FPP, you’ll be part of a hands-on, international team working across digital, content, events, and campaign activities. You’ll share ideas, learn from experienced marketeers, and see your work make an impact - from our website and social channels to global campaigns and events.

You’ll participate fully, brainstorming campaign concepts, shaping content, supporting events, and helping us analyze performance so we can continually improve.

What you’ll do

  • Support multi-channel campaigns: help plan, build, and coordinate digital assets, sales enablement materials, and promotions across web, email, social, and paid channels.

  • Create and edit content: blog posts, web copy, social media posts, basic visuals and short videos for our digital channels.

  • Optimize our website (CMS): implement page updates, improve Search Engine Optimization basics (keywords, metadata, internal linking).

  • Coordinate translations and design: manage translation requests and collaborate with designers on marketing assets.

  • Support social media campaigns: schedule posts, help set up paid social ads, and monitor and optimize performance.

  • Assist with data and performance analysis: track campaign results and contribute ideas for improvements based on insights.

  • Pitch ideas and support in organizing events: contribute to event organization and onsite support when needed.

  • Your Profile / Qualifications

  • You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

  • You are currently pursuing an HBO/WO Bachelor or Master (3rd/4th year) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration or related field.

  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • You are able to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines.

  • You are interested in technology and digital marketing.

  • Tooling: you are quick to learn new software; experience with marketing automation/CRM (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, SAP Marketing Cloud) is a plus; basic HTML is an advantage.

  • Availability: internship of at least 5 months, 32 - 40 hours/week, starting in September 2026 with hybrid working and regular presence at our Bakel site.

  • What we offer

  • Ownership of projects and the opportunity to make real impact

  • Guidance from an experienced and supportive marketing team

  • Experience in an international B2B environment

  • Practical benefits: internship allowance, travel reimbursement, and a laptop for work.

  • Hands-on experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, analytics, and events

  • A strong foundation for your future career in marketing

  • Access to the student program, where you connect with fellow interns and join inspiring sessions

  • As an intern with our team, you’ll develop market-ready skills, gain new knowledge and build experience that will boost your career, all while helping shape the future of (digital) marketing at GEA.
