About the Role:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician who is capable of working in shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts), initially with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Proficiency in operating the production line and actively participating in improvement projects and documentation reviews are required. We are looking for a proactive candidate with a strong desire to learn quickly and grow into a line leader role.

About the Company:
You will join a dedicated team of 40+ members at one of the biggest pharmaceutical clients worldwide, whose mission is to bring new therapies to patients worldwide by producing radiopharmaceuticals for targeted radioligand therapy. They embraces a culture of empowerment and teamwork.

Job Purpose and Main Activities:

Prepare and execute the production of radiopharmaceutical products.

Ensure all quality requirements of the products are met within a GMP environment.

Maintain batch documentation and write deviations.

Optimize production processes by actively proposing and implementing improvements.

Perform validation work.

Address first-line failures.

Role Requirements:

Knowledge of a pharmaceutical or controlled production environment.

A relevant MBO or HBO degree (Engineering, Biology, Medical Laboratory Research, or Chemical Analyst) MTS or MLO.

Strong attention to detail.

Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.

Experience with production or GMP is an advantage.

Willingness to work in shifts.
