Omschrijving

• The Procurement Officer is accountable for the procurement activities of his/her portfolio and works in close cooperation with the Buyer Direct Spend
• Ensures that purchasing transactions are properly executed for contract, spot and intercompany flows
• Ensure purchase requests and purchase orders are entered, processed and finalized in an accurate, efficient and timely way
• Maintain, update and ensure correct vendor master data in ERP system
• Assist and educate stakeholders on the correct PtP process to follow
• He/she will be SAP key user for PTP
• Negotiation of contracts
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and track their performance
• Handling of supplier complaints.
• First point of contact with FICO and QA
• Engagewithsuppliers/outside world and bring new insights, innovations and opportunities
