About the products

Sensys Gatso offers Traffic Enforcement as a Service (TRaaS) through the combination of three product lines: Flux, Puls and Xilium. 

Flux enables data generation through an intelligent agent that connects to different sensor types. It is hardware independent and therefore able to connect to SGG roadside systems or other devices.  It supports a growing list of traffic enforcement applications such as speed, automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) and distracted driving.  

Puls is our data analytics cloud platform where data is aggregated and processed according to flexible business rules. Engineers are able to monitor sensors and have control over enforcement. 

Xilium completes the end-to-end enforcement solution by providing a user interface for events to be reviewed by law enforcement. Approved events may be exported to a customer’s back-office system or handled further in Xilium by a regional operations team that processes payments and provides customer support.  

Description

We are now looking for Product Owners for our Flux, Puls and Xilium products. Due to global business growth and the increasing demand for our products, the current Product Owners have moved into new roles in product management and created these three opportunities. 

As a Product Owner you will collaborate with a cross-functional team working according to agile software delivery principles. Together with the product management team you are responsible for delivering business value that is in line with the strategic vision in a way that is clear and transparent. Through cooperation with stakeholders you will prioritise and track work to be able to deliver quickly and frequently. In collaboration with our international delivery management team you will align customer project milestones with our ambitious product development agenda. You will continuously have a harmonised product vision, strategy and roadmap in view. We use Jira to make our work visible and quarterly OKRs to create focus and track our progress.  

Responsibilities

• You strive to maximise value generation and prioritize backlogs for teams accordingly
• You translate abstract goals into tangible results and make these transparent to your teams
• You actively promote product discovery and experimentation
• You liaise with your stakeholders to measure the success of your deliverables
• You help steer teams while always having the overall goals in mind
• As member of the product management team you have full ownership of the solution
• You provide sales and delivery management teams with product expertise and support decision making 

Qualifications and skills 

• Demonstrated skills in modern product leadership and product driven development environments
• Experience as a product owner developing digital products is a bonus
• Full proficiency in English business communication and presentation 
• Experience with software development
• Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management
• Experience working with agile product development and teams adhering to the Scrum framework
• You consider yourself proficient in Jira (or a similar tool), as well as working with modern product management and product owner methodologies
