For our client we are looking for a Freelance/Interim Dynamics 365 CRM Developer that will assist them in amongst others analyse requirements as defined by the business and documented by the business analysts and create functional and technical designs for development based on these requirements.

We are looking for a experience candidate that will fill in the role based on own experience.

Description

APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN THE NETHERLANDS

• You analyse requirements as defined by the business and documented by the business analysts and creates a functional and technical design for developments based on these requirement;
• You work with the Applications Architect to develop a fitting, secure and stable solution for the D365 CE configurations and customisation's supporting the business processes;
• You work with the manager operations and the architects to maintain the platform so it remains up to date with technology;
• You work with project managers to deliver tested solutions to the project teams;
• You hand over the implemented solution to support and ensures that support is properly trained;
• You ensure that Business analysts are properly trained in the configurations and customisation's so they can educate the business users and assist with trouble shooting;
• You analyse requirements from the business about configurations and customisation's of the platforms,
• You design solutions for these requirements,
• You produce functional documentation, configuration manuals and support manuals
• Provide 3rd line support for D365 CE solutions
• You troubleshoot incidents, performs core issue analysis and provides short term and long term solutions to incidents (to make sure that the same incident will not happen again)
• You contribute to business continuity strategy
• You designs solutions for identity and security in cooperation with our infrastructure and security teams
• You support with unit testing and with UAT testing by making sure that the test environments are available and that he/she can monitor the processes during the tests
