Description

• Own the end to end planning of spare parts for one of our vehicle lines
• Demand Planning: you will work closely with Central & City Operations to better understand drivers of demand and improve spare parts forecast (short and long term)
• Supply Planning: you will work collaboratively with our international Suppliers and Supply Chain Coordinators to ensure parts availability at our european distribution hub
• Distribution Planning: you will work together with City Operations and Supply Chain Coordinators to ensure optimised spare parts distribution, while maintaining high service levels across the Supply Chain Network
• Assess potential parts' availability risks, develop scenario planning frameworks and work together with suppliers, central and local stakeholders to find optimal mitigation strategies
• Support new City launch plans by assessing and fulfilling requirements for parts, tools and other equipment
• Analyse long term material requirements and collaborate with the Finance team on monthly budgeting and forecasting plans
• Enable Supply Chain transparency by effectively communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring performance against insightful KPIs
• Consistently look for process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of efficient and effective tools and processes
