We are engaging Healthcare Attorneys with BigLaw experience to collaborate on healthcare regulatory and compliance projects for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  • Review and annotate legal documents related to healthcare regulations, ensuring accuracy and clarity of regulatory concepts.
  • Analyze complex healthcare policies, statutes, and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
  • Draft and refine contract language to ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare legal frameworks.
  • Provide detailed feedback on regulatory compliance issues and identify potential legal risks in provided scenarios.
  • Contribute to the development of AI training data by offering expert commentary and nuanced legal interpretations.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to discuss findings and clarify healthcare legal concepts as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in the United States.
  • Substantial experience practicing healthcare law at a major U.S. law firm (BigLaw) or top healthcare-focused firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
  • Proven ability to review, annotate, and draft complex legal documents related to healthcare law and policy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Experience providing advisory services on healthcare compliance matters.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote project-based environment.
