We’re looking for a DevOps/Cloud Engineer to work in our Istanbul office, for the Cloud Competence Center Team of a multi-national corporation based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

You will design, build, automate and monitor the Cloud Platform environment across the Azure infrastructure while implementing Cloud best-practices.

You will consult and support the product teams in architecting new features and services so that the power of Azure is fully leveraged.

You will build and manage the platform and tooling landscape of the Cloud Platform to continuously improve the quality and speed of innovative solutions.

You will create and maintain the standards and policies to ensure that the Cloud Platform remains secure and compliant.

You will handle operational requests from application teams, regarding existing and new applications that run on the Cloud Platform.

You will be part of the Cloud Platform team with an own backlog that services the other product and data teams.

Qualifications:

B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering

High proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Azure services

High proficiency in Azure DevOps and available CI/CD tooling

Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment

Knowledge and experience with Cloud architecture and security frameworks standards and best practices

At least 3 years of working experience developing applications built on the Microsoft/.NET stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC, MS SQL Server, PowerShell etc.)

Fluency in spoken and written English

Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation a plus

Experience with container orchestration using tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm a plus

Experience with at least one other major programming language (e.g. Python, Java) a plus

Microsoft Azure certifications a plus
