Our goal: perfect products and happy customers! The quality department leads all global processes to ensure that all our products are safe and continue to meet our quality standards. In this role you will manage international quality assurance activities and projects that contribute to safeguarding and further improving the quality of our products.

SHARE YOUR TALENTS

This matches you as (sr.) Quality Assurance Specialist. For 40 hours per week, you:

Follow up on acute quality issues together with our suppliers and coordinate non-conformity processes (eg. CAPA).

Review monthly customer feedback and take part in (bi)annual supplier evaluation sessions on quality KPI’s.

Signal product quality improvements. In partnership with our Innovation Department and your suppliers, initiate quality improvement projects to optimize our product assortment.

Function as a contact person for suppliers, Ritual’s sales organisations and internal departments, managing quality related procedures and enquiries;

Act as business ambassador protecting all quality, safety and legislation requirements.

Degree in science or technology, or equivalent in knowledge, experience and training – (NVC) packaging technology, industrial design engineering, etc.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance/Technology role in the (cosmetic) packaging field;

Strong written and verbal communication skills, a good command of the English language is essential;

A driver’s license.
