Site Operations Manager - Data Centre Project - Netherlands

They are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager to work on Data Centre projects in Amsterdam. The desired candidate will have previously worked on complex large scale construction projects in a BMS function and will be confident representing the client directly.


Main Responsibilities: 

Healthy, safety and fully compliant operations, including all environmental aspects

Deliver Yondr data center service as contracted by our customers

Maintain and operate the data center to establish optimal availability of the infrastructure against minimum costs

Site organisation including third party service provider

Customer relation and satisfaction

For all changes / project on site

Reporting to all stakeholders: customer, management

Drive and share continuous improvement of design, delivery and all operations aspects: reduce costs, improve revenue

Site operations and project budgets (P&L)

Provide continual support to the team and audit these procedures to ensure continual improvement and enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications and experience:

 Having higher education profile

 Qualified engineering or business degree background

 Experience in critical environments > 10 years

 Good written and oral communication skills: Dutch, English
