We are looking for:

As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist you will prepare the various monthly and quarterly regulatory and statistical reports LeasePlan needs to report. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the implementation of IT, process and reporting changes as a result of the changing regulatory reporting requirements (EBA, DNB, ECB). Lastly, you will participate in regulatory data and reporting related initiatives to improve reporting processes and quality, also with the aim to prepare for ECB supervision.

Finance as a functional value driver oversees and drives strategic financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting and creation of value. The department enables the strategic ambition of ‘One LeasePlan’ (LP) by the standardisation of the finance function and drives the transition to the P&L of the future.

An overview of task and responsibilities in the role:

• Assist in preforming the periodic reporting process which includes checking data from other departments such as Treasury, Risk and Consolidation & Reporting. Once data is received and validated run reporting processes in Abacus, assess output, make adjustments, review, etc.
• Keep an overview of the main drivers of the LCR ratio and provide input for the Regulatory Committee on the main developments for the period.
• Understand how the prudential (reporting) framework applies to LeasePlan and are able to see cross-relations between data and reports. In case of new regulations, impact studies need to be prepared on reporting.
• Being able to translate regulator reporting requirements into detailed data requirements, document these requirements and ensure understanding is properly documented and communicated with delivering parties (IT, Risk, Treasury, etc).
• Test new data point models, interfaces and reports built in the various systems that play a role in the regulatory reporting process.

To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:

The colleague we are looking for is able to work in a dynamic international culture. You are committed, reliable, enthusiastic and you are passionate about your job. You are also comfortable in handling confidential information, and you have a high level of integrity.

• Master’s degree in Finance / Business administration.
• Excellent excel and data analyses skills.
• Minimum of 4-6 years relevant work experience in an audit, reporting or controlling role within an international financial services company or big-4 firm.
• Proven experience with requirements setting, large data sets and reporting thereof. Experience with relevant regulatory reporting (CoRep, FinRep, LCR) and/or requirements is considered a strong plus.
• English (fluent, verbally and written).
